Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager, our first dedicated sales hire, who will play a pivotal role in building MYVAGON’s commercial engine from the ground up.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with strategic responsibility, designed for an experienced sales professional who is comfortable both closing deals personally and helping shape the future sales organization.

Internally, we refer to this role as the Sales Shepherd: a leader on the field who sells, guides direction, and lays the foundations for scale.
