About this role:
The Sales Operations Executive plays a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring accurate sales data management, order processing, and financial reconciliation. This position is responsible for maintaining and updating sales records in CRM/SAP systems, tracking sales orders, and ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
The role involves close coordination with sales, finance, and internal stakeholders to reconcile customer accounts, verify invoices, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. The Sales Operations Executive also supports internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentation related to sales orders, payments, and customer transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
