About the job You will play a critical role in SHOPLINE's operations in the HONG KONG market, assisting the Senior Management in managing sales operations, budget management, performance analysis, and overseeing partner team performance, including partner evaluation mechanisms and scorecards.

The ideal candidate should have a background in finance or consulting, be proficient in project management and data analysis tools, have experience in sales operations at a SaaS company, and be well-versed in the lead-to-MQL-to-SQL-to-Close-Win process.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Performance Management: Assist the Country Manager in overseeing the performance of the sales team, tracking sales performance, and making strategic adjustments.
