What is the scope of this role?
The Sr. Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, providing analytical support and managing sales tools to ensure that our sales organization meets its targets. This role requires a blend of proactive thinking, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact and escalation point for the global Sales team for day-to-day sales operations needs.
Develop and improve efficiency of the operational processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and sales performance.
Ensure due diligence is conducted on each new sales opportunity with proper analysis to ensure efficiencies prior to commencing the sales cycle.
Work closely with Business Profitability Management and Revenue Teams to perform additional sales deal analysis and work interactively with the sales team to maximize efficiencies for each sales opportunity throughout the sales proces...
