Senior Sales Operations & Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Order Management 

• Order to factories in China, Europe, and US etc and check the production schedule 


• Manage partner delivery status and handle logistics process


• Application for Import Customs Clearance to Customs


• Preparation of transportation to the designated place by the customers 


• Management of partner in/out invoices 


• Monthly logistics cost/ tariff settlement

Sales & Operational support

 

• Assist sales team for efficient sales activities. 


• Initiate effective communication with sales team persons, sales partners for sales follow-up and achieve long term and good relationship with sales partners and


• customers by executing follow-up and react accordingly.
