Job Description
We are hiring two senior specialists to build and govern the systems and processes that power our global Business Development (BD) and sales teams. This is a critical role where you will act as the architect and enforcer of our sales logic, commission rules, and client lifecycle management within Salesforce. You will define processes from scratch, resolve stakeholder conflicts, and build scalable systems to support our aggressive growth. We need proactive, analytical, and project-focused individuals who can work under pressure and own complex, ambiguous problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect Sales Logic & Governance: Design, implement, and own the end-to-end system logic in Salesforce for lead routing, account assignment, client ownership, and VIP tiering to eliminate BD disputes and ensure clear accountability.
