Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Representative, based in Bengaluru, with an option to work from home for some tasks. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with team members to develop effective sales strategies. Daily responsibilities will include outreach to potential customers, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer support. The role requires a proactive approach to market trends and an ability to adapt to changing client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong network in Car Care/Detailing industry.
• Strong communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Sales Reporting
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and car care/paint protection film (PPF) products
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with self-motivation and discipline
