**Senior Sales Representative**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Oracle consulting services.
- Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Conduct high-level business process assessments and align Oracle solutions to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Stay updated on Oracle platforms and industry trends to position solutions effectively.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in selling Oracle consulting services and achieving quota-based targets.
- Experience selling SAAS and other technology consulting services.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to conduct requirement gathering & solution assessments.
- Ability to sell at the C-level and manage complex sales cycles.
- Experience in managing pre-sales resources and proposal development.
- Self-managed, proactive, and goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills with advanced to medium English proficiency.
- Industry knowledge is a plus.
**Compensation**
- Commission-based with high earning potential tied to performance.
**Travel**:Upto 50%
