Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise clients.
- Pitch CHEQ’s functional, automation, and performance testing services to key decision-makers (CIOs, QA Heads, Project Managers, etc.).
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
- Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal delivery and operations teams to ensure alignment of solutions with client needs.
- Track market trends and identify new opportunities for testing and quality engineering services.
- Mentor junior sales associates (for manager-level candidates).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, Computer Science, or any four-year course
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT/B2B service sales; experience in QA/testing, software development, or consulting preferred.
