Role Description: Sr. SDR – Full-Time Remote
In this role, you will independently design, execute, and optimize outbound sales campaigns targeting enterprise clients in the insurance, automotive, and related sectors.
- Independently plan and run multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and personalized outreach at scale
- Qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly qualified meeting and pipeline targets
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), intent-data-driven outreach, and sequence optimization
- Hands-on experience with modern sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot CRM, Pipedrive, and similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to craft compelling messages and conduct confident discovery calls
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of full-time experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS (preferably InsurTech, FinTech, or AI solutions)
- Solid understanding of the sales development lifecycle and enterprise sales processes
- Excellent command of English – fluent in written and spoken communication
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote startup environment
