Senior Sales Representative

Our client is looking for an experienced retail sales person for their flagship high end luxury location. Retail experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet incoming shoppers, identify their needs, and offer personalized product recommendations or demonstrations.
• Sales and Promotions: Achieve individual and team sales targets by explaining product benefits, upselling complementary items, and informing customers about current promotions or loyalty programs.
• Transaction Processing: Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process cash, credit, and debit payments accurately, as well as manage returns and exchanges within company policy.
• Merchandising: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging visual displays, and ensuring products are correctly priced and tagged.
