We are looking for a
Senior Salesforce Administrator
to lead the optimization and administration of our Salesforce platform, driving business success.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily Salesforce administration tasks including user setup, permission configurations, and role assignments
• Oversee system performance and data quality to maintain effective Salesforce functionality
• Design and apply configuration improvements such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules
• Develop and update dashboards and reports to provide valuable insights for operational teams
• Collaborate effectively to communicate ideas and meet shared objectives
• Prioritize and manage several assignments while adapting to a rapidly changing environment
• Research technical options, analyze data, and recommend enhanced solutions

Requirements

• Strong experience of 3+ years in Salesforce administration
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration including validation rules, page layouts, custom fields, and custom objects
• Proficient in building insightful reports, filters, and dashboards
• Skilled in automation tools like Process Builder, Salesforce Flows, and Approval Processes
• Familiarity with data management utilities such as Data Loader and Import Wizard for data uploads and cleansing
• Excellent communication abilities and collaborative team skills
• Capability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage routine tasks precisely
• English language proficiency at B2 Upper-Intermediate level
