Job Description

•Design, develop and launch Salesforce.

•Responsible for administrative functions

•Design and implementation of advanced configuration such as workflow rules, validation rules, complex assignment rules, process builders

•Participate in the creation and documentation of end-user requirements

•Map and load data into Salesforce using a data loading tool like Apex Data Loader

•Assist in defining required features and mapping Salesforce features to client business processes

•Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards

•managed packages including bug fixing and maintenance

•Provide excellent support service including bug fixing and maintenance for internal Salesforce.com Use

•Support new user setup and training

•Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for configuration changes and

•Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as security, sharing, and visibility, approval

•processes, lightning components, process builder, validation rules, and reporting

•Create and maintain business processes in Salesforce.com using components such as process builders.
