Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Salesforce Developer
with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM). The role focuses on custom development, platform configuration, integrations, and advanced analytics, supporting scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Custom Development & Configuration

• Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, classes, and components using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud features, including lead and opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting
• Design and implement complex data models, relationships, and security controls
• Manage profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure security and compliance
• Create advanced Flows and automate business processes (low-code / no-code)

Integration & Deployment

• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools
• Write unit tests, ensuring code coverage, scalability, and performance optimization

Analytics & Insights

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM)
• Define KPIs and predictive models to support business decision-making
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions
• Integrate Salesforce data with external data sources and manage ETL processes

This role requires working in an English-speaking environment.

Location: Remote - within LATAM time zones (GMT-3 to GMT-5)
