What You’ll Actually Do
Design and own scalable Salesforce architectures
Build production-grade solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL
Lead complex integrations (REST/SOAP, events, async patterns)
Make smart trade-offs between code vs declarative
Review code, mentor developers, and raise engineering standards
Work closely with product, QA, and business teams — not in silos
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development
Strong computer science fundamentals (OOP, data modeling, design patterns)
Deep understanding of governor limits, performance, and security
Real experience with Git, CI/CD, and disciplined delivery
Someone who takes ownership , not just tasks

Experience with Git, CI/CD, and structured deployments
