Job Description

Job Description

We’re Hiring: Senior Salesforce Developer (6+ years) | Bengaluru |

Most Salesforce roles are about building features.

This one is about building systems .

At GoKarya , we work with fast-growing, complex businesses where Salesforce is not a CRM — it’s core infrastructure . We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who thinks like a software engineer, not just a platform configurator.

If you care about architecture, scalability, clean code, and long-term correctness , read on.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Design and own scalable Salesforce architectures

  • Build production-grade solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL

  • Lead complex integrations (REST/SOAP, events, async patterns)

  • Make smart trade-offs between code vs declarative

  • Review code, mentor developers, and raise engineering standards

  • Work closely with product, QA, and business teams — not in silos

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development

  • Strong computer science fundamentals (OOP, data modeling, design patterns)

  • Deep understanding of governor limits, performance, and security

  • Real experience with Git, CI/CD, and disciplined delivery

  • Someone who takes ownership , not just tasks

This Role Is Not For

  • “Click-ops only” Salesforce admins

  • Developers who avoid architecture decisions

  • Anyone looking for low-ownership, ticket-driven work

Why GoKarya

  • Salesforce treated as engineering infrastructure , not a tool

  • High-trust, high-ownership culture
