Position: Salesforce Developer – Revenue Technology

Location: LATAM (Remote).

Duration: 6+ Months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams to understand business goals and design effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, develop, and customize Service Cloud features including case management, service console, knowledge base, and omni-channel routing.
  • Implement and enhance Customer Community (Experience Cloud) portals to improve self-service capabilities, user engagement, and customer experience.
  • Partner with developers and project managers on the Business Systems team to deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Build and enhance revenue attribution, pipeline automation, and approval workflows.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with strong unit test coverage.
