Requirement:
  • Design and develop new Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers.
  • Build and maintain complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, as well as AppExchange packages.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Git.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, scope solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
  • Document technical specifications, workflows, and integration designs.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize code, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions.
    • Tech Stack And Tools:
  • Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • CRMA, VS Code & Copilot, Conga, Docusign Gen, Databricks, Domo, Anaplan, Pheedloop, IICS.
  • CI/CD: Copado, Git.
  • Integration: SOAP, REST, Outbound Messaging, API Management.
    • Skills And Qualifications:
  • Required Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer II
  • Preferred Certifications: Integration Architecture Designer, Application Architect
  • 5+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Apex, Flows, LWC, and Salesforce architecture.
  • Strong experience with API integrations and DevOps best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile development and Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts into business terms.
