About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who thrives on building scalable, impactful solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’ll lead end-to-end Salesforce development projects, guide strategic system decisions, and collaborate directly with users across sales and marketing. This hands-on role combines technical depth with business insight — perfect for someone eager to shape architecture, drive automation, and grow toward a Salesforce Architect or Technical Lead path.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex Salesforce development initiatives from design to deployment using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager of Business Systems on strategic decisions.
- Interact directly with end users and stakeholders in a product owner capacity, translating business needs into functional solutions.
- Support two Sales Cloud instances, contribute to a B2B Marketing Cloud integration, and play a key role in refactoring our CRM to drive sales efficiency, automation, and customer experience improvements for our growing Media Sales organization.
- This position offers significant growth opportunities, including exposure to system architecture, AI-driven automation, data analytics, and product management.
Qualifications
- Required Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer II
- Preferred Certifications: Integration Architecture Designer, Application Architect
- 5+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in Salesforce development and administration.
- Expert-level knowledge of Apex, Flows, LWC, and Salesforce architecture.
- Strong experience with API integrations and DevOps best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development and Scrum methodology.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts into business terms.
