We are hiring 2 Senior Salesforce Developers to support a large-scale Salesforce programme with a strong emphasis on CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) , Sales Cloud , and Salesforce Marketing Cloud . This is a senior, hands‑on role requiring deep technical expertise across analytics, core CRM, and marketing automation, with ownership of complex solutions and integrations.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL
  • Lead delivery of CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) dashboards, dataflows, recipes, and KPIs
  • Advanced configuration and optimisation of Sales Cloud (leads, opportunities, forecasting, reporting)
  • Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions including journeys, automations, and data extensions
  • Develop and manage API integrations and external data pipelines
  • Ensure data security, integrity, scalability, and performance
  • Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions
  • Produce technical documentation and support development best practices
  • Advanced Sales Cloud configuration and automation
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (ESSENTIAL)
  • (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automations, data extensions)
  • Proven experience with integrations, APIs, and ETL
  • CI/CD and DevOps experience (Copado strongly preferred)
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce security and data models
Nice to Have
  • CRM Analytics Specialist certification
  • Experience mentoring or leading technical delivery
