The Spain Salesforce team is a multinational team which provides support and evolution for the Salesforce & Sales Service Cloud organization that supports Spain Healthcare domestic operation processes: customer service, claims management, medical pre-authorizations, complaints, incidences.

Responsibilities

  • Create and Manage Changes to the System – Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes; gather requirements from end users; modify the system to increase benefits and usability; manage the change control process and related committees; communicate changes to users prior to implementation.
