Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and platform capabilities.
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud focused on opportunity, case, and client/investor lifecycle automation.
- Develop and enhance integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Data Cloud, and middleware across platforms such as Fusion, AXI, Dynamo, and DataBricks.
- Support Experience Cloud/Portal configuration for external investor and client access.
