Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) Developer to operate within the Client Platform area. The SFSC Developer will join an existing team of Salesforce developers within the C360 team and will be expected to manage Salesforce-related topics autonomously, contributing both from a technical and delivery standpoint in a complex, multi-system ecosystem. Given the strategic nature of the platform and the level of autonomy required, we are targeting senior profiles with a minimum of 8 years and up to 15 years of relevant Salesforce experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions within the C360 ecosystem.
- Act autonomously on Salesforce technical topics, including analysis, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate closely with internal client teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure solution quality, scalability, and alignment with Group platform standards.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the Salesforce developer community
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 8–15 years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Proven experience working in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong technical skills (Apex, LWC, integrations, APIs, data models).
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud, Platform Developer I/II preferred).
- Experience working within multi-team, multi-vendor setups.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned topics.
- Fluent English required
- Experience with Confluence, Jira & Zephyr suitable
