Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement annual sales plans, strategies, and growth plans aligned with the company's Route to Market strategy to expand distribution and achieve profitable sales volume.

Market Analysis: Analyze economic, social, and political activities and industry trends to maximize volume potential in their assigned division.

Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, conducting regular business reviews with major accounts to drive sales and secure renewals.

Channel Development: Develop strategies to improve distribution channels and expand market penetration in assigned divisions.

Mentorship: Guide and mentor less experienced sales team members, answering technical and procedural questions and teaching improved sales processes.
