Job Title : Senior SAP ABAP Developer

Job Type : Full-Time / Contract

Experience : 8-15 Years

Location : Bangalore, Karnataka

Responsibilities:

• 8 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development
• Strong expertise in Classical ABAP and OO ABAP
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 and OData services
• Strong experience with Enhancements, User Exits, BAdIs, and RICEF objects.
• Hands-on experience with IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Interfaces
• Experience with Forms (SmartForms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts)
• Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF)
• Develop and enhance applications using Classical ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP)
• Work in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions
• Develop and optimize ABAP on HANA solutions, including CDS Views, AMDP, and performance tuning
• Design, develop, and support SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and OData services
• Develop and support Interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Proxy Framework, and Web Services
• Implement and enhance Enhancements, User Exits, and BAdIs based on business requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain Forms using SAP SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to SAP best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines
• Optimize existing ABAP programs for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with SAP Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide support during System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production issues
• Analyze and resolve production defects and performance issues in a timely manner
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, design documents, and solution documentation

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
