Responsibilities- Oversee SAP pre-sales and implementation project governance, including business requirements optimization, fit-gap analysis, process and organizational transformation, and issue resolution through troubleshooting and root cause identification
- Analyze current customer systems to identify areas for SAP solution enhancement
- Develop and revise SAP Solution-specific functional requirements, determining essential IT and business enablers from initial concepts to final implementation plans
