Job Title: SAP Success Factors Compensation Consultant
Role Overview
We are seeking a mid-level SAP Compensation consultant to support annual compensation planning, variable pay processes, and system design improvements within Success Factors.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Success Factors Compensation and/or Variable Pay modules.
Lead design workshops to define compensation cycles, guidelines, and planning rules.
Create and configure compensation worksheets, budgets, eligibility rules, and compensation statements.
Configure lookup tables, business rules, EC-integrated data models, and proration logic.
Support cycle planning, testing, execution, and post-cycle reconciliation.
Prepare documentation and training materials for HR and managers.
