Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level SAP Compensation consultant to support annual compensation planning, variable pay processes, and system design improvements within SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay modules.
  • Lead design workshops to define compensation cycles, guidelines, and planning rules.
  • Create and configure compensation worksheets, budgets, eligibility rules, and compensation statements.
