Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant
Role Overview
We are seeking a mid-level SAP Compensation consultant to support annual compensation planning, variable pay processes, and system design improvements within SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay modules.
Lead design workshops to define compensation cycles, guidelines, and planning rules.
Create and configure compensation worksheets, budgets, eligibility rules, and compensation statements.
Configure lookup tables, business rules, EC-integrated data models, and proration logic.
Support cycle planning, testing, execution, and post-cycle reconciliation.
Prepare documentation and training materials for HR and managers.
Troubleshoot compensation issues and coordinate release management.
