Senior SAP Finance Techno-Functional Analyst (FI/CO)

• 5–8+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO techno-functional experience , including production support and system enhancements
• Strong configuration experience in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets , and SAP Banking / EBS
• Proven ability to translate finance business requirements into SAP configurations and functional designs
• Experience supporting intercompany processes, localization, and cross-module integration (SD/MM/SCM)
• Hands-on ownership of testing, UAT, end-user training, and documentation

This is a hands-on, techno-functional SAP FI/CO role. Candidates without SAP configuration and production support experience will not be considered.

Hands-on SAP Application Support

• Provide direct, hands-on support for SAP Finance applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and seamless operations.
• Adjust working hours as necessary to maintain effective collaboration and overlap with US-based teams.

Configuration and Enhancement

• Configure SAP Finance modules to align with evolving business processes and requirements.
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of system enhancements, ensuring solutions follow best practices and deliver measurable business value.

Business Partnering

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications for any custom developments required by the technical team.
