🌍 Senior SAP GTS Consultant

📍 Bangalore | Chennai | Hyderabad | Pune (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Senior SAP GTS Consultant to join our team and play a key role in supporting and upgrading SAP GTS for S/4HANA. This role requires a highly independent consultant with deep functional expertise in Global Trade Services, capable of leading tasks, taking ownership, and proactively driving solutions in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and actively contribute to the upgrade of SAP GTS to S/4HANA, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition.
• Provide expert-level support for live systems post-upgrade, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Customs Management and Risk Management, advising business and technical stakeholders.
• Drive and participate in functional workshops to prepare for upgrades and post-upgrade enhancements.
• Lead end-to-end testing activities: test strategy, preparation, execution, defect management, and validation.
• Own and maintain project documentation, including functional designs, roles, reports, and training materials.
• Communicate proactively with Project Managers, Team Leads, and business stakeholders, escalating risks and blockers early.

What We’re Looking For

• Senior-level SAP GTS Consultant with the ability to work independently and lead assigned workstreams or tasks.
• Strong specialization in SAP GTS, with deep hands-on knowledge of:
• Customs Management
• Risk Management
• Proven experience with SAP GTS for S/4HANA (upgrade or implementation experience is highly valued).
• Strong understanding of incident management, troubleshooting, and SAP testing methodologies.
• Proactive and ownership-driven mindset: takes responsibility, anticipates issues, and communicates blockers immediately.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
