Senior SAP S/4HANA Migration Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a global SAP migration program (ECC R/3 to S/4HANA) across Europe. This is a high-impact, international project , with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and regular travel within Europe .

You will play a key role in planning, governing and delivering complex SAP transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business, IT and external partners throughout the migration journey.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Lead end-to-end SAP migration projects from ECC R/3 to S/4HANA in a global, multi-country environment.
• Define project governance, scope, milestones, risks and dependencies for large-scale SAP programs.
• Coordinate internal teams, external integrators and SAP partners across multiple countries, ensuring alignment across a global SAP migration program.
• Manage project planning, execution and delivery, ensuring quality, timelines and budget control.
• Act as main point of contact for senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Drive decision-making during critical phases of the migration (design, build, testing, cutover).
• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and transformation standards.

What skills and experience are required for the role?

• Proven experience as SAP Project Manager leading S/4HANA migration projects (ECC R/3 to S/4HANA) .
• Strong background in SAP transformation and migration programs in complex, international environments.
• Solid understanding of SAP landscapes, dependencies and integration challenges during migrations.
• Experience managing global stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English (C1 / C2) is mandatory.
• Availability and willingness to travel across Europe as part of the project.
• Structured, delivery-focused and resilient profile, comfortable working under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
