Senior Sap Successfactors Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience and strong exposure to multiple SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate should have worked on end-to-end implementations, client-facing roles, and should possess a strong understanding of HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into SuccessFactors solutions
• Configure and support multiple SuccessFactors modules based on business needs
• Conduct workshops, demos, and UAT sessions with clients
