Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience and strong exposure to multiple SuccessFactors modules . The ideal candidate should have worked on end-to-end implementations , client-facing roles, and should possess a strong understanding of HR business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into SuccessFactors solutions
Configure and support multiple SuccessFactors modules based on business needs
Conduct workshops, demos, and UAT sessions with clients
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical and integration teams
Support data migration, integrations, and reporting activities
