Salary Range: $165,000.00 - $175,000.00

Position Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Lead utility-scale wind and solar projects along with the RRC team
  • Conduct the full civil, electrical, substation, transmission, SCADA, structural, geotechnical, and survey designs/services of solar and wind projects including site planning (wind, solar, substation, transmission, etc.), access road layout, and construction support
  • Build relationships with clients, manage client expectations with project engineers, coordinating multiple schedules, and monitor project performance
  • Manage a minimum of 3 project managers and assistant project managers
  • Develop proposals including writing and/or reviewing technical specifications, directing designers and drafters on drawing requirements, and developing clarifications and exceptions as well...
