SENIOR SCIENTIST

Responsibilities

• Develop robust new in vivo humanized models in dermatological disease using best available technologies and equipment. Contribute to discovery and development projects for small molecules and antibody therapeutics by conducting in vivo efficacy, PK / PD studies utilizing syngeneic mouse and humanized models.
• Maintain cell lines using standard cell culture techniques in support of in vivo studies.
• Use standard immunology techniques (MACS, FACS, ELISA) to support in vivo and ex vivo analysis of cells from animal tissues or human skin samples.
• Assay execution, maintaining the quality of assays, data analysis and publication.
• Active engagement across drug discovery activities and on project teams.
• Work in a highly cross-functional environment to align biologics and small molecules strategy from early project initiation.
