Job Description
- Fully competent in own research area within Bioscience discipline. Initiate, direct and perform research experiments and implementing strategies. Will be able to work without direct supervision and be able to advise/train less experienced scientists.
- Part of the Integrated Bioanalysis (iBA) Global Team. Responsible for delivering Flow Cytometry endpoints with a specific focus on the assessment of cellular kinetics, and pharmacodynamic biomarkers for our vast portfolio.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive technical lab expertise in Flow Cytometry and will be responsible for the development and execution of high complexity bioanalytical methods, tech-transfer of methods to established CRO partners, technical operations management and be called upon to review data to ensure assay are fit for purpose including troubleshooting and data analysis.
