SENIOR SCIENTIST

* Develop robust new in vivo humanized models in dermatological disease using best available technologies and equipment.* Contribute to discovery and development projects for small molecules and antibody therapeutics by conducting in vivo efficacy, PK/PD studies utilizing syngeneic mouse and humanized models* Maintain cell lines using standard cell culture techniques in support of in vivo studies.* Use standard immunology techniques (MACS, FACS, ELISA) to support in vivo and ex vivo analysis of cells from animal tissues or human skin samples.* Assay execution, maintaining the quality of assays, data analysis and publication.* Active engagement across drug discovery activities and on project teams.* Work in a highly cross-functional environment to align biologics and small molecules strategy from early project initiation.* Write and or review technical and study reports* Present scientific results at team and staff meetings* Strong technical and computational abilities.* Ability to work...
