Role Summary

Looking for downstream processing & unit operations involved in peptide/protein purification expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Technical / Functional Skills
•Good knowledge of downstream processing & unit operations involved in peptide/protein purification.
• Analytical mind with novel ideas for process development, data analysis.
• Hands-on experience in process development of biosimilar peptides for regulated markets will be desirable.
• Knowledge of characterization of peptides/proteins and their impurities is desirable.
• Technical know-how of SDS-PAGE, LC-MS, MS/MS, GC-MS, CD, Q-ToF, MALDI, AAA, peptide mapping, impurity isolation & characterization will be a plus.
• Expertise in process development of recombinant and synthetic peptides.
• Knowledge of using statistical tools for DoE, QbD in process development of peptides/proteins.
• Data evaluation, analysis & presentation skills. Monitoring and troubleshooting operations related to downstream process chromatography - low pressure chromatography, reversed phase chromatography steps, freeze drying.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge in characterization techniques of recombinant and synthetic peptides.
• Scale-up and supporting the MSAT team during Tech transfer

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification:

Required Experience: 4 - 8 years
