The Assay Design and Development team is looking for a Sr. Scientist, Technical Lead to drive scientific programs and integrate cross-functional scientific teams in the design and development of innovative molecular diagnostic assays. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced position. The ability to communicate, drive technical and business decisions, and influence diverse groups across all levels of the organization is a must. In addition to technical and business acumen, an ideal candidate will possess substantial situational agility and emotional intelligence.
