Overview
Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Master to support multiple Agile development teams and coordinate complex release schedules. This person will drive Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure consistent delivery across teams. You will also collaborate with an offshore development group (no direct management responsibilities).
Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retros, backlog refinement, etc.
• Support multiple Scrum teams simultaneously and maintain alignment across workstreams.
• Manage and coordinate release schedules; ensure milestones and dependencies are clearly tracked.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
