Role – Senior Scrum Master

Work Mode – WFO

Work Location – Bangalore

Job Type – Permanent

Experience – 10+ yrs

Notice Period – Immediate to 15 days

Required Knowledge & Skills: -

  • SAFe experience on SAFe ceremonies like PI Planning, ART Meetings, Scrum of Scrum Calls.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM/ PSM)
  • DevOps - at least basic Knowledge (CI/ CD/ Pipeline).
  • Jira or ADO Tool
  • Along with normal Scrum Master expertise.
  • Added Advantage:
  • Mural, MIRO, Trello tool
  • SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist certification.

Skills: -

  • Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the two assigned development teams.
  • Ensure these events are productive and within the timebox.
