We are seeking a Scrum Master who combines Agile expertise with a rigorous mindset for regulatory compliance. You will serve as the operational backbone of the EDS team.

The Scrum Master is the operational anchor responsible for team velocity, predictability, and capacity planning. You orchestrate the team’s delivery rhythm, ensuring that sprint commitments are based on realistic forecasting rather than optimistic guessing. You proactively manage team capacity, remove impediments, and shield the engineering teams from distractions to maintain a high-performance environment where delivery is consistent and reliable.
