My client is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams within their Irish technology division.

You'll play a key role in driving Agile delivery, fostering collaboration, and ensuring teams consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.

Hybrid working role - strong rate available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization.
  • Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
  • Promote collaboration, transparency, and delivery excellence.
