About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Agile team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and PI Planning. This role requires a servant leader who can facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with business goals. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Coach the team on Agile best practices, SAFe principles, and Agile frameworks to maximize delivery efficiency.
  • Manage Program Increment (PI) Planning activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cross-team dependencies.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress, collaborating with stakeholders as needed.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by tracking Agile metrics and fostering a learning mindset.
  • Coordinate with other Agile teams, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and leadership to ensure seamless execution within the SAFe framework.


Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master


Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and sprint management.
  • SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master) is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in Program Increment (PI) Planning and cross-team coordination.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on business value delivery.
