What you'll do:

• Lead Agile adoption and guide teams beyond standard Scrum ceremonies
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to deliver value-driven outcomes
• Facilitate collaboration across Product, Business, Project & Delivery functions
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog aligned with strategy
• Identify and remove obstacles—technical, organizational, or human
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives at team and organizational levels
• Promote autonomy, accountability, and self-organized teams
• Mentor teams toward sustainable high performance and continuous learning
