Senior Scrum Master

Role Overview

We are looking to hire two experienced Scrum Masters to support the Receivables Finance Tech & Engineering .

These roles are not tied to a single squad or product, but instead support multiple squads across the Receivables Finance domain, working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, and Business stakeholders.

This is a hands-on, service-oriented role , helping squads deliver value in a complex GTB and Working Capital environment, evolve towards AI-native squads , and integrate AI thinking into delivery, experimentation, and engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities
