We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Scrum Mster to join our team located in Monterrey
**Job Summary**
The Scrum Master performs a wide variety of scrum team-related duties for software development, team status monitoring, and KPI reporting. The Scrum Master works closely with all Product Owner and other stakeholders to schedule and organize sprint ceremonies and team related events. If selected you will be working with talented global teams consisting of architects, developers, UI/UX, testers, delivery managers among other key roles in IT projects.
**What do you need to come aboard?**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline (computer science, software, or related field of study) and 3 years of product or project development experience, and at least 1 year of project development experience on an Agile team.
- Scrum Master certification.
- English C1+
- Experience as PO/BA/PM is a PLUS.
- Experience with SDLC tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps,...
