Job Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

•SIEM Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain the SIEM infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability.

•Log Source Integration: Lead the integration of security and infrastructure devices with the SIEM platform, ensuring seamless data flow and log forwarding.

•Network Troubleshooting: Perform advanced network troubleshooting to resolve integration issues, ensuring that log forwarding from various sources is functioning without disruption.

•Log Source Configuration: Configure and manage log sources to ensure accurate and timely log collection from network devices, servers, applications, and security systems.

•Collaboration with SOC Team: Collaborate closely with the SOC team to strengthen threat detection capabilities and improve incident response workflows.

•Health Checks & Maintenance: Conduct regular health checks, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the SIEM environment to ensure optimal functionality and performance.

•Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures related to SIEM operations to ensure knowledge transfer and operational consistency.

Requirements Skills:

Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and systems integration.

Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, IBM QRadar, ArcSight, etc.).

Proficiency in developing and tuning SIEM use cases, correlation rules, and alerts.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving network and security integration issues.

Familiarity with threat intelligence, security incident response, and security best practices.

Networking Skills: Strong understanding of networking, syslog forwarding, log forwarding and different log types.
