Job Responsibilities:
Supervision & Leadership
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of security officers across both gates.
- Ensure proper shift coverage, conduct briefings, and monitor performance.
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to security personnel.
Security Operations & Procedures
- Develop and implement security procedures and protocols.
- Monitor access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and other security infrastructure from the MCR (Gate B).
- Conduct routine inspections of gates and sensitive areas to ensure protocol compliance.
